„Never received check in information. When I called to ask for it day of arrival I was told they didn’t have me on their list and better luck elsewhere. They still charged me and said hotels.com customer support just kept repeating ‘ unfortunately the host confirmed you checked in so we can’t refund you’ like a broken record. Will be disputing this charge with the bank, looking online I’m not the only one who’s had this sort of experience with this site. “

„Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The house is old, dirty, and the host clearly lied about number of bedrooms. It is 2 bedrooms, not 3. Furniture is old and broken. Pillows are stained. Carpet and entire house is dirty. There was no cleaning prior to our arrival. The kitchen had mops and cleaning supplies out, no trash bags in trashcan. The kitchen was not usable. Overall, it was a terrible stay, would not recommend, will never come back! “

„The location of the property is terrific for the Inner Harbor and sport stadiums. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures It is a very basic rental, with minimal amenities. Being in the urban center of Baltimore, you hear all street activity at all hours. It worked for us because we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment. “

„The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say ...

„We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved.“

"We booked this place specifically for the pool, because it was the first picture in the ad, and listed by the website that we booked through. As I understand, this might be a marketing problem, it is also a broken promise. Also the tennis court was already closed, the kids were very disappointed.. staff was very nice though!"
