„The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. „It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. “

There were many spaces around the property to enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine as the sun set.
