„We spent one night at Novotel Cairo while having our transit and I must say,these things were perfect: quick check-in, superfriendly reception, free room upgrade for a nice suite! Yes, the hotel is not new but it has a very practical location, pool outside, quiet rooms with all ameneties. We were totally satisfied.“

„Eine sehr gute Unterkunft liegt zentral in Heliopolis. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beziehungsweise Restaurants und Geschäfte für die Sauberkeit beziehungsweise Personal. Sehr fleißig und sehr freundlich. Am wichtigsten werde ich die Heba von Haus Keeping in der fünfte Etage eine sehr sehr freundliche und fleißige Frau noch mal vielen Dank das war eine gute und schöne Erlebnis. “

The driver came when called for a pickup and was early in returning to the airport after checkout. * Do not tip the driver that was already taken care of. * A microwave is available upon request. The room does not have an oven but does have a stove. * The manager was extremely friendly and bent over backwards to accommodate me. * The apartment is approximately 18 minute drive from the airport so be careful about traffic.“

„Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave.“
