Stay in a stylish 1915 home with Western and Southwest charm in Historic District Manhattan Heights. You’ll enjoy two king bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, a full kitchen, two living areas with Smart TVs, WiFi, convenient parking, and access to a shared EV charger. You’ll be about 9 minutes from Fort Bliss and 10 minutes from Downtown and UTEP, near Memorial Park, hospitals, and the restaurants, bars, and nightlife on Piedras Street.

This historic 1915 home features two private bedrooms, each with a king bed, comfortable seating, and a makeup vanity that can also be used as a workspace. A queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.

Guests can enjoy two separate living areas with Smart TVs. The private TV room is located in the basement and includes a desk for working remotely. The home also offers a full kitchen, dining area, WiFi, and bathroom safety grab bars.

The home has refrigerated air that keeps the interior comfortable and cool. During El Paso’s hottest summer days, the thermostat may remain around 75 to 77°F even while the system is operating properly. The home still feels comfortable, but it may not be the best fit for guests who require indoor temperatures below 75°F.

In the evening, you can see the illuminated star on the Franklin Mountains and enjoy views of the city lights. Manhattan Heights is a well known historic neighborhood where guests often enjoy evening walks, walking their dogs, or relaxing on the front porch.

Convenient parking is available, along with a shared EV charger for the main house and rear studio. Charger access is available on a first come, first served basis. A separate studio guesthouse is located behind the home, but there are no shared indoor spaces.


Guests have private access to the entire front house, which is completely independent from the studio located at the rear of the property. There are no shared indoor spaces.

Self check in is available, and guests will receive a unique access code before arrival.

You may park on the street in front of the house or use the rear parking area, where one designated parking space is provided for each unit. A separate space is also available for the shared EV charger. The charger is shared between the main house and the rear studio and is available on a first come, first served basis.

We respect your privacy and offer self check in with a unique access code provided before arrival. We are available through the Airbnb app before and during your stay to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with any issues.

The rear studio is a separate Airbnb, so you may occasionally see other guests in the outdoor access or parking areas. However, both accommodations are fully independent, and no indoor spaces are shared.

Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
