Located in a new, secure residence with an indoor swimming pool, MARELLO offers a peaceful setting just a stone's throw from the sea. The spacious, air-conditioned, light-filled living room opens onto a sunny balcony where you can relax at any time of day. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen lets you cook like at home: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and all the utensils you need. The bathroom is functional, with a shower, toilet and bidet.

At night, two cosy bedrooms await you:
-One with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
-A second bedroom with a single bed and storage space.

To stay connected or telework in the best possible conditions, you'll benefit from a fast, reliable Wi-Fi connection throughout the flat. Finally, a numbered indoor parking space is reserved for you, for a carefree stay, even in high season.

## Access
The MARELLO flat is located on the 1st floor of a new residence with a lift, guaranteeing easy access, even with luggage or a pushchair. Guests have full private access to the flat, balcony, indoor swimming pool and numbered indoor parking space.

Thanks to its central location, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and beaches are just a few minutes away. As soon as you have completed all the administrative formalities, we will send you details of how to obtain the keys (independent entry). All you need to do is let us know your arrival time

TRAVELLER APPLICATION
We offer an exceptional interactive experience thanks to our exclusive traveller application. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating your communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book all the services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Current regulations require all travellers to register in advance. To gain access to the flat, it will be necessary to have correctly completed the check-in process with a check-in link sent prior to arrival.
- Deposit: €250 (non-debit bank imprint to be deposited prior to arrival with check-in)

As well as beach activities, you can explore the nearby hiking trails or discover the charming town centre of El Campello, with its quaint shops and local market. If you want to explore the region further afield, Alicante is just a 20-minute drive away, with its cultural offerings, museums and tourist attractions.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The Marello flat is easily accessible :

By car:
The flat is easily accessible by car, located approximately 20 minutes from Alicante. If you are coming from the AP-7 motorway, take the El Campello exit and follow the signs to the city centre. You will find a numbered indoor parking space reserved for you, making access very convenient.

By train:
El Campello station is just a 10-minute taxi or bus ride from the flat. From there, you can take a direct train to Alicante or other towns in the region. The tram from Alicante to Benidorm also stops at El Campello, close to the beach.

By plane:
Alicante-Elche airport (ALC) is around 25 minutes' drive from the flat. It is well served by international and local flights. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or shuttle service to El Campello. If you prefer public transport, there are bus routes from the airport to El Campello, but the journey by car or taxi is quicker.
