Hotels El Camino Real

"It is just an oldish place, that is trying to make ends meet. The breakfast is pretty random. During our stay of three nights the juice machine broke and fresh milk for coffee had to be substituted by packed containers. It's kind of family friendly though. Easy to access and staff that is really trying to make things work. Easy to get around. Reasonable roomsize. Pool is quite small. Cleanliness is just okay and house keeping was skipped one day with no option of rescheduling. All in all I wouldn't go again but at least we had a place to stay in order to explore beautifully Albuquerque and New Mexico!! "

"We had been there 5 times, but this time was really bad. No housekeeping service, terrible noise of the ac even when switched off, temperature in casino was so cold that we didn't want to spend money on the slotmachines, both restaurants were closed. We have another reservation that has been booked for a long time for thursday and hope for a better stay. "
