"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Hilfsbereites Personal (Koffer flicken). Feines Frühstück mit genügender Auswahl. Hervorragender Cappuccino! Das Hotel hat zwei schöne koloniale Innenhöfe. Sehr ruhig nachts. Der einzige Makel ist, weil es ein koloniales Haus ist, dass die meisten Zimmer kein Fenster zum Innenhof haben, sondern nur die Türe, welche dann natürlich meistens geschlossen ist. Allerdings hatte das geräumige Badezimmer ein Fensterchen zum Innenhof, so dass es trotzdem Frischluft gab im Zimmer. Ich habe herrlich geschlafen!"

"My stay at this hotel was truly special, not only because of the beautiful hotel itself, but because of the wonderful experience I was able to share with my grandparents. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to us, and they made my abuelos feel especially comfortable and well taken care of. Seeing them enjoy the atmosphere and receive such warm treatment made the stay even more meaningful for me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was perfect for enjoying Cusco. But what I will remember most is the warmth of the people and the little details that made us feel at home. Traveling with my grandparents and creating these memories together was something very special, and this hotel became part of that beautiful experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you are traveling with family. I would happily come back again."

"Unfassbar coole Erfahrung! Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen dieses einmalige Erlebnis zu genießen. Unser Guide war sehr hilfsbereit, das Abendessen wurde auf Wunsch sogar in Kapsel gebracht und der Whirlpool in der Kapsel waren super. Es gibt viele Decken für die kalte Nacht. Das Abendessen war „nur“ ok und die Fenster müssten für eine klarere Sicht häufiger geputzt werden. Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein Highlight!"

"Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit Aussicht. Das Hotel wird sehr gut gewartet und das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Das Bad war besonders schön mit großer Dusche. Ruhige Lage in Cusco im schönen künstlerischen San Blas Viertel."

"This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing like at our first stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great and the distance to the main square is unbeatable."

"Gute Lage zum Zentrum in einer relativ ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Sauber mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet meist gut bestückt. Insgesamt ein sehr erfreulicher Aufenthalt."
