„Meson Hidalgo was more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. There was no amenities nor lounge area in the property other than your own room. If there was even just a tiny place to sit or have breakfast outside of room, that would have been better. Our room was as charming as shown in the picture, but quite old and smelled very musty which we were taken aback at first. Although, the bed was comfortable an the location was excellent - it was a good place to come back just to sleep. The staff is ...

„Todo bien, solo estaría bien que consideraran colocar Minisplits ya que no cuenta con clima y la habitación se sofoca. Y el valet si mal servicio nos dejaron esperando una hora cuando nos dijeron que en 30min. Y no hay donde esperar tuvimos que irnos lejos y era de madrugada y todavía nos cobraron.“

„Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo“

Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro.“
