„While most of the other Kindness Hotels are close to MRT stations, this one is a little bit further away (10-15 minutes walk). It's also one of the smaller hotels of that company. As a result, the food options are a little bit more limited and I thus skipped the late night supper. On the other hand, compared to "normal" hotels, their breakfast is still well above average and also the all-day supply of drinks, ice cream and some snacks is a big plus. „入住第一天，check in 時間已經過了4點，到攞房上樓，先發現房間還未清潔完，應該是職員搞錯，再落返大堂再俾過間我地。住到最後check out, 職員送了小禮物給我們，說抱歉因為第一天搞錯房間，我都就收了行李牌小禮物！“
