Large groups will love the spaciousness of the open-concept living space, boasting vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking rolling hillsides. In the sitting area, comfy sofas offer seating for 10 around a grand stone fireplace and 40” TV. Steps away, a large dining table seats eight, and there’s room for another six at the kitchen bar. Four extra bar stools can be found under the coffee table – making a great kids table. Home chefs will love the kitchen, well-equipped with cooking and baking tools; appliances include gas range, oven/convection oven, microwave, dishwasher as well as two separate full-sized sinks with disposals. Need a quiet space to check email? There’s a handy open office area just off the main living space. The big master bedroom is also located on the main floor and features a plush king-size bed, 50” TV, and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized tub. A Pack ‘n` Play crib in the master closet is available for little ones.

On the lower level, more social space awaits in a second living room. A huge 55” TV is perfect for movie nights! The second bedroom has a king-size bed and 50” TV, complete with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds. These rooms share an en-suite bathroom, and the fifth bedroom is ideal for kids with two twin-over-full bunk beds. In addition, there is a queen size memory-foam sleeper sofa and a twin-size rollaway bed.

Prepare for a treat when you step outdoors; lush rolling hillsides surround the property, and there’s tons of space to enjoy the views. From the backyard there is direct access to hiking trails on the hundreds of acres of preserved community Open Space. You can even hike to the slopes on these trails. Enjoy alfresco dining on a large upper level deck, or gather around the fire pit on the sprawling back lawn. Warm up while taking in the view from the glass door of your outdoor steam sauna, or fire up the bubbles in your private hot tub -- pure bliss after a day on the slopes!

Hit the slopes at the legendary resorts of Vail (18-minute drive), Beaver Creek (12-minute drive), and Arrowhead (8-minute drive). For a relaxing day closer to home, drive 5 minutes to downtown Edwards for a morning of shopping, then grab lunch at a local restaurant. Swing by Juniper for New American bites, or head to Zino for house made pastas and a pre-dinner game on their outdoor bocce ball court. Finish off the day with an ice-cold local beer at Gore Range Brewery or other local breweries.
