"If you want a vacation away from it all and still be able to enjoy the comforts of home; then look no further!!!! When I was looking for our summer vacation I searched a bunch of different sites a bunch of different apps and still I came back to the edgewater house. "This house was fantastic! It served or needs perfectly and ended up being 3 blocks from the wedding reception venue. The house had other little amenities we weren't expecting that came in handy ... "Property was set up beautifully along the water. We saw a dolphin while fishing. All items were there for a great experience. Would recommend this to anyone. Only downside is distance away from stores if needed. But the owner clearly informs you of this prior to your stay."

The bed was soooo comfy, the home was very lovely and such a victorian antique feel, with modern touches... "This is our 3rd time at this property and as always we very much enjoyed it. The house is great and everything you need is available in the unit. Very quiet and very peaceful area. Hubby enjoyed fishing on the pier and I just enjoyed relaxing for a few days. We will be back again soon."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Both of the nights we stayed there the main lobby gathering space was reserved for private parties, which was a bummer as we had planned to sit down there with our friends and watch the game. Would be better to reserve a private space for parties rather than the main gathering space that hotel guests really only have access too. Other than that, everything was good."

"Nice clean quiet. What I would recommend, breakfast needs upkeep. We were there at 8am. Breakfast should be a little later for weekends. It was over at 9. Very few tater tots, 2 spoons of eggs were dried out. Had to ask for milk and orange juice, need sugar free syrup. Ask and they brought out more bagels and muffins. I understand we were 3 of few guests, but needed better upkeep. Also, not sure when the pool should be open, but the pool was dirty and hot tub empty. I know kids are looking for...

"The room (to sleep for 1 night) appeared nice, but when we walked in it was extremely cold, the tile felt as if it had recently been mopped. We turned the thermostat up, and left to run errands. When we returned much later the temperature was not much different, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Furthermore, the Checkout form placed under the entrance door in the morning felt DAMP so it probably behooves you to check this out."
