You will have access to the entire basement suite.
NOTE :
Mechanical room is considered a shared space in the event in needs to be accessed. It is located outside of the basement suite between the 1st & 2nd door.
Guest Access:
A door code will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.

- Guest Verification required: Signed rental agreement, ID check
- Deposit held with VRBO
- No smoking or vaping indoors or on premises for safety & insurance reasons
- No parties/events
- Dogs only with approval ( Max. 1 dog )
- Long stays (28+ nights): $60 cleaning fee; one month of starter supplies provided.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS :
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.
- ID verification, signed rental agreement, and a deposit held by VRBO.
- No third-party bookings (only the person booking may stay).
** If booking on behalf of employees for a company, you must add/invite 1 occupant to the reservation.
GUESTS & VISITORS :
- Max 4 registered guests.
- All visitors must be approved by host & registered as a guest and not exceed our maximum guest count.
- No unregistered overnight guests.
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking or vaping indoors or on premises – $300 fee.
- 1 dog only with approval – $300 fee for unapproved pets.
- No parties or events – $500 fee.
- Late checkout – $100/hr.
- Extra cleaning – $50/hr.
LONG STAYS :
For stays 28+ nights: additional cleaning fee of $60 applies.
One month of starter supplies is provided; guests supply their own afterward.
