„We had a wonderful stay at David’s apartment! The interior was modern and elegant, with all the essentials for a comfortable visit and the added convenience of secure parking. We especially enjoyed the private cinema experience with the projector and popcorn, as well as the beautiful balcony featuring colourful plants and LED lighting, with lovely views of Perth’s skyline. The apartment is ideally located near shops, public transport, cafés, restaurants, and the CBD. The bidet toilet was a ...

„Alles wunderbar.

Sehr empfehlenswert.“

„Great, big room with fantastic view. Nice gym and outdoor pool. Staff war always very friedly and helpful.“

„Good option to stay when you arrive late, depart early from Perth Airport. Parking lot is spacious! Modern rooms and nice Coffee & Snacks Bar next to the pool (To go options when you don't want the whole breakfast buffet).“

„I had booked a standard double room and while it wasn't an unpleasant stay, I would expect more of a 4½ star hotel. The bathroom seemed to be quite old, especially the shower had lots of limescale. There was no free water supplied, the advertised minibar was empty (except for a pack of milk), the curtains were hard to close completely because they were malformed and while there is a note in the room explaining how to be friendly to the environment, room cleaning service seemed to disregard ...

„Great room size and layout.“

„This was by far the dirtiest accommodation we stayed in during our whole 3-week Australia trip. The areas shared with permanent residents (lobby, pool, gym, rooftop) were quite nice, but our apt. was really dirty and definitely needed a makeover. Lint, hair and stains everywhere from sofa to walls to duvet. The kitchen full of grease. We had to ask for a new kettle and iron, as they were so dirty we could not use them. Also had to wash all the dishes. One could not even see through the glasses. ...

„Sauberes Zimmer und gute Lage“

„Great stay in central Perth! We even got upgraded to a room with Bayview.“

„Beautiful rooftop, unfortunate stay. Repeatedly asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and was ignored. When we arrive, they insist on their strict rule for early check-in that would cost an additional 20AUD/per hour. Zero Info of this despite asking repeatedly. Had I known the strict policy/fee beforehand, I would have made a different decision and book other hotels, as big chain hotel would grant you rooms directly when it’s available. The hotel gives off boutique vibe but also ...

„Great, helpful and friendly ladies at the reception, close to ferry terminal and shopping area. “

„We enjoyed our stay!“
