4. Respect quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM and respect neighbouring residents.
5. Registered guests only
Only guests included in the reservation may enter or stay overnight at the property.
6. Maximum occupancy
The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the booking.
7. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Look after the property
Guests are responsible for treating the apartment, furniture and contents with care.
9. Report damage promptly
Any damage, breakage or maintenance issue must be reported immediately. Charges may apply for damage or missing items.
10. Keep the property secure
Lock all doors and close windows whenever leaving the apartment. Keys and access codes must not be shared.
11. Do not tamper with safety equipment
Smoke alarms, fire equipment, security devices and noise-monitoring equipment must not be removed, covered or disabled.
12. No candles or open flames
Candles, incense and any other open flames are prohibited.
13. Keep communal areas clear
Do not leave rubbish, luggage, shoes or personal belongings in stairways or shared entrances.
14. Dispose of rubbish correctly
Place rubbish in the designated bins and do not leave excessive waste inside the apartment.
15. No illegal activity
Illegal substances, antisocial behaviour and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
16. No commercial use
Photography, filming, business activity or paid services are not permitted without written approval.
17. Return the keys
All keys and access fobs must be returned to the designated location at checkout. Replacement charges may apply if lost.
18. Rule violations
Serious breaches may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Additional cleaning, damage or call-out costs may also be charged.
