The Space:

Welcome to this charming 33 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building, perfectly situated on Hart Street in the heart of Broughton. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Edinburgh and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Hart Street sits in the Broughton neighbourhood, one of Edinburgh's most vibrant and characterful areas just east of the New Town. The street is well placed between the Georgian order of the New Town and the livelier stretch of Broughton Street, which is lined with independent bars, restaurants, coffee shops and the city's most established LGBTQ+ venues.



Princes Street and the city centre are a fifteen-minute walk, as is Calton Hill, which offers one of the best panoramic views in Edinburgh. The Scottish National Portrait Gallery and the St James Quarter are close by, and Leith Walk begins nearby, connecting down to the port neighbourhood of Leith with its excellent restaurant scene.



For transport, several Lothian Bus routes run along Leith Walk and London Road, giving quick access to the city centre, Waverley Station and beyond. The area is also very walkable and well suited to cycling.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
