„Great place to stay Only annoying thing was the room key cards expired before the checkout time and had to go down to the reception to get them reprogrammed so we could load the car and checkout. This has happened here previously so maybe you shouldn't make the keys expire before the checkout time“

„Extremely convenient stay for a show at The Princess Theatre. Great room. Very comfortable. Fabulous shower. Only very small issues to mention, as with a lot of hotel rooms, no extraction fan in the bathroom. Mirror constantly fogged and was annoying. Very “tight” with coffee pods and teabags. Sometimes you may want more than just the one cup of tea/coffee and what, no biscuits!! Staff at reception were excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. “

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff support was outstanding – incredibly attentive, helpful, and approachable. "Neben dem Hotel wurde ein Gebäude abgerissen und dem entsprechend arbeiteten auch 3-4 Bagger mit Spitzhammer volles rohr. Zum ausschlafen war es leider nicht möglich, denn der Baulärm hielt dich dementsprechend in der früh davon ab. Sonst war der Rest gut."
