„The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.“

„It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly.“

„This place advertises premium bedding and is FAR from that. The master bed is so worn out it has a swell in the middle and is so uncomfortable. The other bed is similar to sleeping on the floor. The toilet & towel racks in the restroom are 1 second away from falling off the wall. The place is very unkept but has potential. Janky front/back door locks that leave the doors slightly cracked open. The water was shut off our last day and we were unable to shower and clean for checkout. If you have ...
