„Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. You can book on expdia, but just realize that you have to create a vrbo account to get any communication about this particular property. The pool is excellent, well kept, and clean. „The house was in a great, safe location close to everything we needed to do on that side of town. We had a family wedding at the Sandia Resort and didn't want to try to wrangle 4 small children for 4 days there. We were just a few minutes away from the resort as well as a few minutes away from my father in law on Montgomery/Eubank. There is a Trader Joes nearby as well as other grocery stores, restaurant and even a Kohls for last minute wedding socks :)“

"Zwar ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das konnten wir auch bereits den Abbildungen entnehmen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist allerdings das Personal. Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Bestuhlung/Tisch. Wir haben darum gebeten und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten standen Stühle und Tisch auf dem Balkon. Der besondere Charme liegt ohne Frage am indianischen Stil der Gestaltung."

"Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und sauber – das einzige echte Plus. Der Außenpool war zwar mit Wasser befüllt und die Technik lief sichtbar, aber dennoch war er abgeschlossen und mit „out of order“ beschildert. Genau deswegen hatten wir das Hotel ausgewählt – nach einer langen Autofahrt wollten wir entspannen und schwimmen. Eine Vorabinfo dazu gab es nicht – weder über Expedia noch vom Hotel direkt. Vor Ort musste ich dann sogar schriftlich bestätigen, dass ich akzeptiere, dass der Pool geschlossen ist. Das wirkte fast schon zynisch, zumal keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Preisnachlass angeboten wurde. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung: Toast, ein Waffelautomat, dazu Kaffee und Saft – mehr nicht. Keine Eier, kein Obst, keine Auswahl. Selbst für ein einfaches Motel zu wenig. Besonders schade: Das Hotel wird familiengeführt. Gerade da hätte ich mir mehr Offenheit, Serviceorientierung und Kommunikation gewünscht. Leider blieb dieser persönliche Touch komplett aus. Fazit: Das Zimmer war okay, der Rest enttäuschend – vor allem, weil man sich von einem familiengeführten Haus eigentlich mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit erhofft. "
