„The overall stay was good. The porches were so nice, the views were nice, we enjoyed the surrounding neighbors horses and dogs. It's nice to see them from a distance. The house is decorated well and we loved having the roll away beds! The pictures are true to the house specifically and everything in it is really nice. The only thing that is misrepresented is there is a cabin on the same property and there are a good amount of neighbors unlike the pictures. The hall bathroom shower only runs hot ...

„The place was great. Room are big most had their own bathroom and fridge in them. Overall a great place for a larger family vacation. If I had one complaint it that it was about a 20 minute drive on gravel to get to the lodge.“

„It was a nice place for a family to stay and spend time together. Far from everything. Be prepared to not have internet or television at times, which is wonderful if you are trying to get away from it all. The kitchen was amazing!! So many fun gadgets and great for large family cooking. We spent lots of time playing pool, building fires and hanging out in the hot tub. Would go back again to rest.“

„We felt we were being watched the entire time. We were awoken around midnight to children banging on the adjoining door and wall. We could here crying and a child crying and stating "We are locked in this room and cant get out" As soon as i turned the light on in our room it went absolutely silent. We packed our bags early the next morning and left. I definitely do not recommend. “

„Great location for hunting. Close to Custer and day trips to Keystone and Hill City. Located in a quiet country neighborhood. The cabin itself was very clean and everything was in working order and up to date. Can see wildlife while sitting on the deck. Thumbs up!“

„The Pinewoods Cabin was everything we wanted and more. Not only was it cozy and immaculate, the location and view were unbelievable! It is at least a 15 minute drive on dirt roads ( well maintained) but the destination is worth it. The kitchen is very well equipped and they even left complimentary coffee pods and snacks on the counter- very thoughtful! If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent from Candace again“
