„We loved the space and open layout of the home. It was situated on a cul de sac and couldn't have been quieter. The central AC was well appreciated as was all of the amenities: BBQ, modern kitchen, loft room, 2 baths. Couldn't be happier with our selection and time spent. Oh and there is an outdoor shower to top it off!“

„The house is in a perfect location in Edgartown. 3 bedrooms and full bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and full bathrooms in the guest house. The guest house also has a little sitting area. The house is on Eel Pond in a quiet and calm area of town. It’s about a 3 minute bike ride to town making it a perfect location. „We were 3 adults and the house had ample room for 3 or 4 others. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedroom linens were so nice- my daughter wanted to replicate in her apartment. Living room was freshly decorated with a very comfy couch. Kitchen worked out great and had all the kitchen supplies and cookware we needed. (Its nice to have foil and plastic wrap available). David was extremely responsive and helped with anything we needed...from explanatory videos prior to arriving with all the essential information to help with television troubleshooting during our stay and communication afterwards as well! The home was clean and well stocked. Very private and secure. The neighborhood was super confusing, however GPS helped with that! „Our group was in town to participate in the MS bike the island fundraiser. Rental location suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to groceries, some restaurants, and a brewery which was the location for the MS registration and welcome. Home worked well for 6 guests. Bathrooms were beautifully updated, although more towels for bath and kitchen use were needed. Lovely deck/ yard area for relaxing after the event.“

„Das Caps Winds Resort ist sehr schön. Das Appartement ist sehr groß mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern einem Wohn-/Esszimmer und einer Küche. Jede Einheit verfügt entweder über einen großzügigen Balkon mit Sonnenschirm oder eine Terrasse. Es gibt einen Indoorpool, eine Wäscherei für Gäste, einen sehr großzügigen Aufenthaltsraum mit Büchern, Spielen und schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich sowie Liegen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.“

„Sehr schöne Anlage, aber kein Hotel, eher verstreutes Golfresort, dessen Infrastruktur nur per Auto erreichbar ist. Öffnungszeiten sind für Feriengäste kaum akzeptabel, Pools, Fitness, Strandbar und Tennis schliessen zwischen 17.00 und 18.00. Bedienung sehr nett, aber meist durch unerfahrene Studenten. “
