„This beautiful house had everything and more! The beds were so comfortable both my cousin and I dreaded returning to our own beds in Texas and Colorado! We slept like 20 year olds. The entire house was immaculate, and the kitchen was stocked with better utensils and pottery than I own. I have 1 suggestion for coffee lovers -- you need at least 2 larger coffee cups for your coffee maker, lol. Thank you for providing such a long-awaited and needed restful vacation abode. I told all my relatives ...

„This house was better than advertised. The rooms were spacious and all had televisions. The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to make and consume a meal. Also a very nice complimentary coffee bar. Looks like the inside the house was recently painted. The host responded quickly to help me check-in. Overall the house was very clean.“

„My family gets together several times a year in different cities just to keep in touch. We come from all over the country and Camp David was a perfect location because many family members live near New Orleans. The space provided more than enough room to accommodate everyone that stopped by to visit. Our family highly recommends this beautiful property!“

„Very nice, well appointed, and clean house. Feels like the middle of nowhere but only 15 minutes to Slidell and 30 minutes to the French Quarter. Fishing from the dock was decent for not being the best time of year. Beds were comfortable and view from the massive back porch is gorgeous. Will try to stay here again. “

„Came down to NOLA for Jazz Fest, and this was a perfect retreat after the crowds to relax and enjoy the water and the calm. Would 100% stay again, highly recommended, and I rent a lot, this was a standout.“

„Stayed for an extended weekend at Pelican Pier with my family to kick off the summer. The amenities were amazing. We crabbed and fished all day on the pier and relaxed on the little beach. My daughter and niece had a blast playing in the sand. The host has thought of absolutely everything to provide for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!“

„Great stay overall ride on the water plenty of space. The only thing I wish is that the listing was accurate on the bathrooms. They’re only two bathrooms in the house.“

"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön am Wasser gelegen, doch sehr ab von der City. Wir erkundigten uns vorher, ob es einen Bus gibt, der in die City fährt, was uns vor Ort mitgeteilt wurde, der Bus kostet 20$ p. P.! Des Weiteren waren die Betten soooo unsagbar weich, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dann sind einige Hütten recht marode und die Löcher im Biden wurden nur mit PVC einfach zugemacht. Man sinkte trotzdem ein. Dann ist die „Rezeption“ nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet, das wussten wir nicht! Das war Zufall, dass wir vor 17 Uhr ankamen. Das einige schöne war auch, dass man genügend Waschmaschinen und Trockner hatte (5 und 5)! Es gab auch noch ein Fischrestaurant, doch leider essen bei uns wenig Fisch (bis 21 Uhr geöffnet). "

"Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit nicht allzu motivierten Personal. Personal reagiert auf anfragen nicht. Frühstück eine Katastrophe in allen Belangen. Kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen wenn es vergleichbare alternativen gibt. Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach garnicht."
