„Stephen and Lynne were most helpful when we found our car had a flat, filling the tire and directing us to a nearby repair shop. Breakfast was excellent and featured a nice selection. Service from the staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings as well and easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bakery and ice cream treats! “

„Really nice stay. Room was spotless and tidy. Really good shower and I loved the basin as well, real premium look. Be aware hotels.com suggests it's 24hr check in, but upon talking to the Camberley directly we found out that's not the case. Thankfully they were extremely helpful and allowed us an early check in to avoid a disaster. Car park is very tight , but if you're a capable driver you'll be fine. “

„Beim Eintreffen so gegen 18.00 Uhr war nur jemand telefonisch erreichbar und der Schlüssel deponiert. Das Gästehaus liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, die auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gut zuhören war. Das Bett empfanden wir als wenig bequem und das Zimmer an sich war anspruchslos eingerichtet. Das Bad war klein, aber an sich in Ordnung, nur leider gab es kein warmes Wasser. Die Inhaberin tat dies mit einer lapidaren Entschuldigung ab. Ein Frühstück wurde gar nicht erst angeboten. „I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this ...

„Lottie’s Loft had everything you need for a short break or a long break . The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again . A lovely welcome gift of wine , chocolate and crisps was much appreciated along with the tea , coffee and sugar . Fully deserved the 5 stars . Also no need to use your car , lovely local walks and a fantastic bus service .“

„We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again.“
