Honestly my stay there was great. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Linda was amazing. She literally helped and accommodated me in any and every way possible, hopefully she gets recognized for her hospitality and customer service efforts because it's people like her who matter when it comes to lodging especially those from out of town. I only gave it 3 stars because I don't like the idea of housekeeping coming every 3 days unless requested, I believe every other day is a bit more reasonable. Though I will say upon asking there was no hesitation and my request was taken care of within minutes of me asking so I do applaud them on that. As far as the overnight shift I was more less irritated and rather disappointed. Not only was I locked out of my room once but multiple times coming back after being out for the day/night. One time I was told it was protocol because I had towels left for me at the front which is rather ridiculous if you ask me. I can't imagine receiving any kind of message or note waiting for me have anything to do with a protocol. Crazy part about it is he literally watched me walk to my room every time knowing my key was disabled and didn't even bother to stop me before making me walk back. I'm not quite sure what it was but it seemed like overnights was the only time I had any real major issues and is honestly why I rated it as low as I did.
