Welcome to Sunset Escape, a cozy and inviting lakefront retreat tucked away in the Twin Bridges area of Eatonton, Georgia. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection, this charming home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers peaceful lake views with stunning sunsets to end each day.

Inside, the home features an open floor concept that allows natural light to flow throughout the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, and everyday cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig coffee maker and starter coffee bar, or treat yourself to espresso from the Nespresso machine while taking in the tranquil surroundings.

The main-level bedroom comfortably sleeps two and includes a TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and hanging closet space for added convenience. Upstairs, the spacious loft-style bedroom sleeps four with one queen bed and two twin beds. This level is equipped with a TV, mini fridge, ceiling fans, hanging closet space, and a dedicated desk with a printer and lamp—ideal for guests who may need a quiet workspace during their stay.

To help you get settled, a guest starter pack is provided and includes two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, dish detergent with two dish pods, two laundry pods, three trash bags, hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a cleaning spray. We recommend bringing any additional supplies you may need for the duration of your stay.

Step outside and experience the best of lake living. The private dock offers fishing access and space to enjoy the water, with dock depths ranging from approximately 2–4 feet depending on lake levels. Guests can explore the lake using the two kayaks and paddle boat provided, relax on the outdoor furniture, dine lakeside, or enjoy meals at the picnic tables. As the sun sets, unwind around the fire pit, sway on the bench swings, or relax in the hammock while watching the sky change colors over the water.

The home is conveniently located near Twin Bridges Marina (please note that not all boats can fit under the bridge) and is approximately 60 miles from Augusta, making it a great option for PGA Masters visitors. Georgia College and GMC are both about 20 minutes away.

This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $100, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.
