Welcome to the Lake Sinclair Shore! Come getaway from the city to relax on the lake with family or friends. This is a SMART home and you’ll be able to easily play your music all throughout the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10. There is a large deck overlooking the lake, open floor plan, outdoor ping pong table, firepit, dock that is perfect for catching panfish or bass, and offsite boat ramp.

The Space
Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom with attached bathroom, on second floor.
Bathroom 1: Primary Large Bathroom with 2 separate vanities with shower/tub combo, second floor.
Bedroom 2: Queen Beds and Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, on main floor.
Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed, on main floor.
Bathroom 2: One vanity with shower/tub combo, on main floor.
Kitchen: Fully equipped Kitchen with island. Desk with large monitor located in kitchen if you need a place to work from the lake.
Dining: 2 large dining tables (one in breakfast nook and one in dining area overlooking living room with view of lake)
Living Room: 3 large sofas with smart TV

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the main floor, second floor and the entire yard. The basement is currently off limits and is used for storage.

Other things to note:
No smoking inside home
No pets allowed (we are open to considering one hypoallergenic pet under 50 lbs if you message the host details about your pet. Must be well potty trained.)
No events or parties
No diving off dock (the water levels fluctuate so no diving in case of low water levels). Please practice safe swimming.
We have two security cameras. 1 camera at front door and 1 camera on deck. This is only for security purposes to keep everyone safe. You will have access to the security cameras from tablet.
