„This property was beyond fantastic. It was spotless. The bedrooms were great. The whole house and bunkroom were super - lots of space inside and out. It has great ammenities and a beautiful location on the river. It was still chilly so we were not able to use the boats on the river but hopefully someday!“

„We very much enjoyed our stay- even caught a catfish in the backyard! My only issue is that it is a 3 bedroom- not 4 like the add says. It also says there is a queen sized bed in the entertainment room and there isn’t. The kids slept on couches and it was fine, but the add should be corrected. That said, it’s a wonderfully unique house in a fantastic location! “

„Love this cottage. My daughter graduated from MSU this year so unfortunately I will probably not be utilizing this cozy cottage any longer. I will miss it. I stayed here for football games and anytime I visited my daughter. Highly recommend. Extremely clean and has all the amenities. “

„The property was exactly as described. We needed a place to stay to attend a graduation at Michigan State University which was only 12 minutes away via highway. The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. „It was a cold and dreary weekend, but warm and cozy in front of the fireplace at this home. We had a wedding in this town and was able to visit and gather with family and friends at this home and at the wedding. Communication with host was adequate. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans and even a full supply of spices. There are no overhead lights in this house. More lamps, stand lights brighter lightbulbs would be helpful.“

„We stayed at Bethany’s house for our son’s graduation from MSU (the ceremony was in the evening so it was necessary to spend the night).The house is less than 4 miles from campus so it was very convenient. Upon check in we noticed immediately the cool decor and how clean and tidy the house is. The furniture is super comfy, including the beds and linens. „Matt is a great host. Nice cottage with an up north feel. Kids loved the games, movies and playing by the lake. Colder temps so they couldn’t swim but just off the shore looks to be all sand.. Had a fire by the lake our second night. Definitely will return and do some fishing. Can’t beat the sunset off the lake whether your inside in the rocking chairs or sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. Great peaceful weekend! “
