„Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. „The hotel was older but well maintained and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room smaller but very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. „Hotel is in great location for the Inner Harbor Arena (rn. CFGBank arena) or also Mount Vernon or Inner Harbor. Baltimore is struggling economically, many businesses have moved out, and you can see this everywhere. While I felt safe walking as a couple, you will see a lot of poverty around you.
