„The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed.
