The communication with the owner was easy and we got responses right away! If you want to have a nice quiet romantic weekend away... this place is perfect!“

„Fast alles kaputt oder stark abgenutzt. Heizung nicht im Schlafzimmer. Unglaublich hellhörig: Tag und Nacht Krach von darüber und darunterliehenden Wohnungen. Zigarettenrauch aus der Lüftung. Waschmaschine nicht in Wohnung bzw. selben Haus und viele Quarter-Münzen notwendig.“

„House set up and amenities were great. Instructions for check-in and use of electronics. Hot tub and better than expected view were fantastic. Proximity to both Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg made this an even better stay than we thought it would be. Recommend to all but especially for families with kids.“

Kyle is a wonderful host, always available and timely addressing our needs! The details were appreciated by the family members, ei., the Christmas tree in the den. Location is ideal for meals and attractions. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.“
