„The door to the room was stuck and the bottom was rotting, the door looked like it was about to break. The covers had stains, we slept on top of the covers because we were worried about their cleanliness. The shower had pink bacteria on the door and corners. The window in the shower had big white spots on it like mold. There was dust and the a/c unit was disgusting, filled with dust and debris that made the room feel stuffy. The main lodge and rooms are so beautifully decorated and the atrium and dining room are spectacular as is the food. Enjoyed sitting at the bar with a nice glass of wine and chatting with the knowledgeable, nice, young bartender. Staff is friendly and helpful all leading the visitor to a special experience.“
