„The hotel is fine. It’s the fact that I booked it with Expedia and when my guest went to check in, they did not have the rooms I booked and got confirmation numbers for and got charged for. It was very disappointing that it seems like the hotels and Expedia do not communicate if they do or do not have rooms. „The room was excellent, but the door would not latch. They had to move us to another room. I particularly liked the HVAC the Hyatt has. It is more of a traditional HVAC system rather than a through the wall that is in most hotels. You don't get air blowing on you like you might with a wall unit.
