„On the first day of our stay, we had issues with the shower clogging and flooding the bathroom. The shower is level with the bathroom floor (there is no shower curb), so if the shower is clogged, the whole room fills with water. I contacted Vacasa right away to have someone come and fix it. „My brother & I came to Boston for a conference we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heart of Southie. It was well stocked with everything we needed from the comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for us to have our own space. Host was very responsive and helpful before, during and even after our stay. We will definitely stay here again when work brings us back to Boston!. “

„Overall, great place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Quiet, cozy, walk right out onto the shore/beach. Could use some curtains in the living room/den area and bathroom. We hung a towel in the bathroom so the neighbors couldn't see in directly 10 feet next door. Little strange with them staring down at us in the living room. „The condo was clean and well equipted. There queen bed, 2 twins in loft and a futon and a sleeper chair.. Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. We enjoyed bird watching and saw a herd of seal return each day. The stars were bright at night as was the cool lighthouse light. Being next to a wildlife refuge was cool. „Booking was very easy and the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Very well kept and in a great location, walking distance to Southie restaurants and the Broadway T stop for easy transportation throughout the city. „This is a pleasant, clean condo at a golf course resort complex. We stayed in January so it was reasonably priced for our quick visit. I guess this is a good place if you like the amenities the complex offers, but it does not feel like Cape Cod. Otherwise, the place was clean, well equipped, comfortable. “

„Stayed a long weekend in May for a college graduation. The place was very clean and nice inside. I had some issues getting in and parking but the host was on top of both immediately. It is on a rather busy and loud street but we did ok with it. Great taqueria just up the street I’d recommend. “

„It was exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and helpful with television issue. Also, did not mind having to make beds and launder towels to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum, as other properties are charging outrageous fees for cleaning. Kudos. Will stay again.“

„This was our second time staying at the property and cannot recommend it enough. The unit is large and exceptionally clean. Any item you may need during your stay can be found in the unit. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the center of town and a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. The front porch is perfect for reading and relaxing with a morning coffee. We cannot wait to stay again. “
