Perfect location very close to St Chas streetcar and a variety of eating places, of which our favorite was right by the streetcar and served the best beignets we had all week. The flat is very clean with tons of thoughtful details included. With 2 small children, we really appreciated not having to buy any laundry detergent; she also lent us a brand new portable crib. “

„This condo was beautiful! Very clean and just minutes to anywhere in the city. We never had an issue getting a parking place. However i do suggest you Uber where you need to go as it was cheaper than paying to park! Also there were plenty places to eat within walking distance, we had the best coffee every morning from the little cafe next door“

„We had a great stay in a spacious two-bedroom condo just steps from Bourbon Street. The location was unbeatable, with a convenient parking garage close by. The building felt very secure with key fob entry, which gave us peace of mind. Inside, the condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and had high ceilings that gave it an open feel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout the trip. It was the perfect base for exploring New Orleans.“

„Charming property close to trolley and a wonderful little jazz bar only a two-minute walk away. It has a regular coffee pot and not a Keurig which I felt was a bonus. Parking is on the street and limited to 2 hours from 7am to 5pm which worked fine for us. We drove to a public lot on Basin Street and parked for 5 all day while sightseeing. We returned at night and had a spot right in front of the unit.“

„There was a puddle in the hallway and lots of soft spots in the walls near it. There was laminate covering the kitchen sink and there was no stove. The only shower was in the closet of on of the bedrooms.Weird place. Great location.“

„My sister and I visit New Orleans every few years or so for 3-4 weeks at a time. This was the best budget friendly location we have found so far in the sense that the neighborhood feels quiet and safe, and the neighbors were friendly and pleasant. It was a short walk to the river which we absolutely loved! We had a rental car, so every place we went was an easy 20-minute drive. It was so nice to stay on the outskirts where parking was not an issue and we could get away from all the city ...

„Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. “
