„I loved staying in the arts district. The property had a lot of positives. The negative was communication . Finding the parking lot was confusing . Having to go out every day & reset parking was annoying. Not understanding where to check in .. how to get to the bar., and the tv ?? Simple things that could have easily been addressed on check in.. “

„This was the perfect place for 3 of us having 3 separate rooms in the French Quarter. It was an older building so there is the usual noise with the wooden floors. My only complaints would be there was some dirty towels left hanging up from the last guest and the elevator could use some maintenance. It had a burning rubber smell. “

„Accommodation was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was good to have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Nice touches, such as dishwasher & laundry tabs. Good location, with short walks to main attractions. There was also parking available nearby. Communication from the host company on property access needs to be better. Also they offered us late check out, which was more expensive than what they were offering for an additional night’s stay. More cutlery and cookware is also needed and ...

„I stayed in room 1111 and was very excited. The apartment is huge, and bright and offers comfortable equipment (including an iron, washer, dryer, and many kitchen appliances). The only small minuses: it is quite noisy and the Wi-Fi is very slow (movies can not be streamed).“

„Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön am Wasser gelegen, doch sehr ab von der City. Wir erkundigten uns vorher, ob es einen Bus gibt, der in die City fährt, was uns vor Ort mitgeteilt wurde, der Bus kostet 20$ p. P.! Des Weiteren waren die Betten soooo unsagbar weich, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dann sind einige Hütten recht marode und die Löcher im Biden wurden nur mit PVC einfach zugemacht. Man sinkte trotzdem ein. Dann ist die „Rezeption“ nur bis 17 ...

„The Condo was very clean and good location. I would recommend blinds getting installed in the main area to block the sun in the afternoon. The street noise was a little loud at night but that is to be expected for NOLA. Over we would stay here again.“
