Ian was very friendly, nice and happy. the room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic. in 2 minutes you can walk to the beach and in less than 20 minutes walk in the city. The 'seven sisters' are very easy to reach by public transport and it takes just 1 hour to get to london. gladly again!“

„The house was absolutely freezing when we arrived, downstairs bedrooms smelled of damp. It took hours for the house to warm up and the kitchen and front downstairs bedroom didn’t ever warm up. The heating should have been set to come on so that it was warm before our expected arrival.There are draughts coming in around the windows in the kitchen, you can’t be in this room without the log burner on, Cold air comes down the fireplace in bedroom 1 which has a sheet stuffed up it to no effect, it ...
