„Das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße. Die zur Straße gelegenen Zimmer bieten Blick auf die Eingangsfassade der Museumsanlage. Bis in die Nacht hinein hört man den Verkehr. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind abgewohnt, das Bad ist in einem erbärmlichen Zustand (Schimmel in der Dusche, kein zuverlässiges Warmwasser, defekte Klobrille, Unsauberkeiten in den Ecken). Frühstück o.k., die Preise im Restaurant und im Inn sind überzogen.“

„I cannot fault the room at all we had the family room. So clean and the furnishings were lovely. Bed was super comfortable. Communication from the premises was spot-on. Explained everything about checking in which was so easy. Didn’t sample the food in the pub downstairs however it smelt amazing. “

„Ich habe im The Bull übernachtet Weil dort eine Überraschungsparty stattfand wo ich Gast war. Super 👍 praktisch kurze Wege bei dem Wintereinbruch keine Autofahrt nötig toller Parkplatz hervorragendes Frühstück war den ganzen Tag satt super nettes Personal eine Kleinigkeit sollte man vielleicht mal ändern die Tür 🚪 ging schwierig abzuschließen “

„The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back “

„As this is a very old inn (parts of it out of the 15th century) you of course cannot expect a super modern equipped hotel. BUT if you look for something special, clean and cosy this is for sure the perfect fit. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough for a few days stay, very clean and equipped with a good bed, a small TV and good blinds to darken the room. „Just a rare find these days. Everything you could hope for. Exactly the best type of old village pub, great atmosphere, fine tap room and diversity of excellent food and drink. Menu delicious…. Loosen your belt for the full Tiger breakfast! Staff so helpful, courteous and …. well just happy to make your stay as memorable as possible… Location superb, from the immediate tables on the village green to everything local for fine sightseeing and walks etc… This is a conundrum… we don’t want to shout ...
