„We had a rather mixed experience at Wenns Chop & Ale House. While the location was great and the restaurant offered some great options, the room left much to be desired. The disappointment began when we entered our room. What we have booked was advertised as a deluxe apartment on Hotels.com. The pictures on the platform had promised a spacious room with a comfortable sofa and an impressive bathtub in the middle of the room, along with a view of the minster.
