„Check in and arrival: The place really needs a welcome binder. It would be helpful to have everything in one place. Our 3 generations family enjoyed the quiet area, just a short walk the busier Onset Village. „We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! „Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.“

However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. "Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau. Die Lobby war nicht ganz fertig, das Zimmer war überwiegend fertig. Der Mensch an der Rezeption war nicht besonders auskunftsfreudig. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels. Da zum Hotel eine Bar eröffnet wurde, waren zum einen Parkplätze schlecht zu bekommen und zum anderen war es recht laut. Man hatte an einem Foodtruck im Hinterhof, neben der Bar, Essen bekommen können. Das haben wir nicht getan, die Zubereitung wirkte nicht hygienisch. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl! Ich könnte mir zwar vorstellen, dass das Hotel fertig renoviert seht schön wird, ich würde dort aber nicht wieder übernachten."
