„We enjoyed our stay at Eidelweiss. The house was perfect for me and my adult son. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the grill because it was very dirty and rusty looking. But the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is a very quiet area. And close to little pea porridge pond which is so nice to swim in.“

„We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. “

„I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. „The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.“

„We were in Gilford to attend a concert and this place was convenient, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the lake. Since it was right on the road there was car noise but not too bad.“

„The house was comfortable, clean and a good size for a family of 5. We loved the location, waking up everyday to have tea by the lake, we roasted marshmellows in the fire pit and we saw 2 loons and heard them calling, it was a peaceful experience! We are hoping to stay there again in the future!“
