„The cabin was comfortable and for the most part quite - which was an essential need. Did, however, notice that some cleaning concerns were not addressed. It was a huge benefit to allow the family pet (i.e., kitten), but we did find out a number of areas were not clean or at least maintained by cleaning staff. For example, under the beds there were significant amounts of dust (the kitten looked like s dust ball after climbing under the beds - we cleaned the area) and also behind the ...

„The place was perfect for our needs. The younger girls absolutely loved the game room and theater room. The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The location was close to the conference center. The only complaint I would have is the hand towel ring in the master bathroom comes off easily and we couldn't find a dishwasher tab for the dishwasher. We did wash them up before putting them in the dishwasher. Other than those two minor things it was perfect. I would definitely stay there ...

„The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and matched the online description perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub works flawlessly (I would say that the addition of a stool for entry/exit to the hot tub would be convenient, but that is literally our only critique/suggestion). Everything worked and we had no issues during our stay. Communication regarding our reservation and stay was timely and thorough. We will definitely look into this rental again for our next Gatlinburg ...
