„We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head ...

„We had a good time during our stay here. There was a little noise from the road but the cabin is very close to US23 so that is to be expected. Cabin was laid out well, and the beds were comfy and clean. It is a rustic cabin with modern amenities and it fit the bill for our stay.Would definitely consider this location again for future trips up to the East Tawas/Oscoda area. “

„This little cottage is very rustic. Location is close to everything in Tawas. Had everything we needed only dowside was the stove had 2 burners we couldn't get to operate and the hot water wasn't constant and had a couple of cold showers. The views are just as posted it is the first cabin off the road so there is absolutely No breeze! It can get very warm. But we had a blast played board games at night and theres a little stereo in the corner we also brought CD's. Had a campfire saw about 12 ...

„I love this house. This was our second stay. It’s beautiful and quiet, with enough comfy beds and bedrooms to give everyone some privacy and rest. I love watching the lake in the morning. It’s magical. The street is friendly, a nice place to walk. It’s close to town. The kitchen is stocked, clean and easy. The water is nice and hot, and we like having the two full bathrooms. „We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, well-stocked cottage. It had everything we needed for a great week, from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and a wagon for the short walk to Lake Huron. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. My children and I loved spending time together in the spacious backyard and enjoyed a few evenings around the fire pit. Everything was thoughtfully provided for a comfortable, memorable week at the beach.“
