„Traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Waren bereits Mehrere Male in der größeren Wohnung nebenan. Für 2 Personen (max. 1 Kind) ist die kleinere Wohnung optimal, der einzige Nachteil ist die laute Lüftung des darunter liegenden KitKat Cafés, die von 10-17 Uhr läuft. “

„Die Wohnung ist groß ind hat alles was man braucht, teilweise etwas ältere Ausstattung aber funktionsfähig und ausreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Martyn war nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein nettes Wochenende. “

„A lovely property on a great holiday park in a very well located position .“

„The apartment had everything we wanted including a sea view. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It had very obviously been recently refurbished. We were right in the middle of St Leonards to the west and old town Hastings to the east. We caught the train to Rye which was lovely and drove to Dungeness which was one of the reasons for our journey south. We would definitely recommend this property. “

„Good view of the sea. As described and clean, and we liked the mid-century furniture. Could do with a bit of TLC (leaking shower, loose tap, oven knob not working correctly) but didn't affect the overall stay. Would benefit from better mattresses on the beds.“

„We spent a wonderful week in this very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped flat in December. The communication with Jane and Jo before our travels was helpful and friendly and all went well on arrival with Jo there to meet us. As it was Christmas there was even a tree and a few decorations up, which was lovely and helped to make our Christmas Day perfect. „Knuffige kleine Wohnung in historischem Gebäude - mit all den Nachteilen, die so ein Gebäude mit sich bringt: schlechte Belüftung und veraltete Sanitäranlagen. Die Vermieterin war ganz ausgezeichnet und hat sich richtig viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Zum Strand ist es nur einmal über die Straße. Auch für die Hunde war es prima, da man bis zum 1. Mai mit ihnen an den Strand darf.“

„Perfect location, close to the sea front & great local shops. Noisy though, and i'm a warm season the windows must be open for air circulation (no AC...yet). Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which gives 3 stars instead 5. Property manager was EXCELLENT, responding to queries & needs. “

„The flat is ideally located in the Old Town of Hastings. You live in the warehouse of the antique store on the first floor. Of course, there are no customers. Wonderful small and large objects embellish the apartment. There is enough space for six people. Only the fridge could be bigger for six people. But that is really the only criticism of this beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time there“
