This property has been thoughtfully remodeled throughout with warm wood floors, hand crafted ceramic tiles, extra comfortable beds, and custom artistic details, creating a truly unique and luxurious feel. Relax in the spa-like bathroom, sit by the firepit, or enjoy the lakes, pools, tennis courts or other amenities in the community.

This 3BR/2BA property is located in a gated and amenity-rich community - 3 lakes, 2 (seasonally-available) swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts and a small store.

Kayaks or a canoe can be provided (seasonally) for guests by request.Usually between April - October.

15 minutes drive to skiing and waterparks at Camelback Mountain. Delaware Water Gap. Kalahari. Shawnee. Hiking. Shopping.

* BEDROOMS:
Bed 1 - Master bedroom (King) with private bathroom and private balcony/deck and 65" Smart TV (upstairs)

Bed 2 - Guest bedroom (Queen) with private balcony/deck and 43" Amazon Fire TV (upstairs)

Bed 3 - Guest bedroom (Queen) with separate bathroom access (to
the main bathroom) and dedicated work space (downstairs)

* HEATING/AC: High-efficiency (ducted) heat pump to keep you comfortable at all times.

* BATHROOMS
Bath 1 - on the first floor. The primary bathroom has a full bath w/shower, a laundry closet , toilet and vanity w/LED mirror. There are 2 access doors - from hallway and from the downstairs bedroom
Bath 2 - a spa-like bathroom suite off the Master bedroom. This room has a standing tub, separate shower room, large penny tile floor, and skylight.

* LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer are provided for guest use in the downstairs laundry closet.

* MAIN LIVING SPACE: An open plan living/dining/kitchen is great for entertaining and spending time together. 55" Smart TV, upstairs reading balcony/small library, 6-person dining table, filtered water and icemaker on fridge, microwave, full stove/oven, coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils and cookware.

* SCREENED PORCH: A screened-in porch off the kitchen allows for games (foosball), relaxation, nature watching (we have LOTS of deer walking through the yard), or a perfect yoga spot.

* DECKS: The main deck has a gas firepit table - both upstairs bedrooms also include a small deck with chairs

* YARD: Head into the yard and light a fire in the main firepit ***firewood is NOT provided***


Highlights of the yard also include a circular 4-person hot tub, a changing room, and a Finnish sauna - the sauna is a true Finnish-style experience, with cedar-lined walls and benches, a Turku brand heater with rocks, and a wooden bucket and ladle to create steam (Löyly).

This is a gated community. Community rules require that guests sign "short-term leases" with the community for the duration of their stay. These will be provided to guests following booking. To complete this paperwork, each guest must provide a copy of your drivers license and vehicle information.

Guests will be given a gate pass for the duration of their stay.

All guest must be over 18 years old, except for children who stay with their parents.

Guests will have full access to all of the property with the exception of 2 locked storage/linen closets.

Gated, Amenity-Rich Community. Slow Speed Limits (25mph) - walk or bike and enjoy!

The community is a large (~150 acres) gated community with posted speed limits of 25 mph. Members and Guests have access to all areas and facilities, except for individual residential lots and the community gym.

The three lakes are all accessible for guests for recreation.

Parking is restricted to the driveway in the Green Forest Retreat or marked parking spots located around the community - please do not park on the side of the road. Security will ticket vehicles parked on the roadside.

Note: Please ensure that you are entering the correct number of guests in your booking as our pricing automatically adjusts based on the total number of guests.

Speed limit in the community is strict and enforced by security (25mph) - this is for the safety of children, pets and everyone. Speeding ticket is $150 form the community speed enforcement office.

Quiet hours after 11pm

No fireworks within the community

No more than 4 people in the hot tub at one time.

No glitter allowed (inside or outside)

If using the outside water hose, please shut off immediately

No candles inside of property.
FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE.

Use of kayaks or canoe requires life vests - and boats must be locked back up after use

Please stay within property lines and do not trespass on neighbor properties - the yard has a clear boundaries with plants, stones, and logs outlining the property boundary

There are 4 outside security cameras. 1) Front entrance, 2) rear deck, 3) upper rear Master deck, 4) upper rear guest deck - the rear cameras overlook the fire pit/hot tub area.

No pets or animals.
