The space
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac

Parking: Driveway - (4 vehicles permitted)
There is no parking allowed on the street, lawn, or dirt/gravel areas.

Guests will have access to the entire house except the small closet located on the second floor that is designated for our cleaning crew.

We will need the guest & vehicle information in advance prior to check-in. A follow-up notification on this will be sent upon your booking.

***Please note that the community may charge a $35 late admin fee for any bookings made within 3 days of check-in.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Washer/Dryer available for use - laundry detergent/ fabric softener provided

The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (8 amenity badges provided at no extra charge - this includes outdoor pools, lakes, and swimming beach)
*Please bring your own pool towels since this is not provided in the pool/lake areas.

FREE access to community amenities: playgrounds, dog park, tennis, volleyball/basketball courts, and soccer/baseball fields)

**Please adhere to the speed limit (25 mph), tickets will be issued for exceeding speed limit.

Pet Policy: $35 total - 2 Dogs Max
Please do not allow dogs on beds, dining room chairs or furniture.
