Guest Access:
● Guests are welcome to use the kayaks on lake on the property and the lake across the street at your own risk. These are both public lakes for guests within Penn Estates. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision.
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed
● To enter the community, you will need to stop by the Welcome Center with your driver's license and vehicle registration to get a pass for your stay.
● Penn Estates community amenities access - Registration is necessary to obtain access
● Be sure to check the Penn Estates website or contact the office for amenity availability and schedules
● Driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles

Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.
● Please let us know ahead of time if you’re expecting any deliveries or using a ride-sharing service (for pickup or drop-off), so we can call them in at the gate. Unregistered drivers/vehicles will not be allowed entry.
Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
● This property can accommodate up to 10 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.
Guests shall register with Penn Estates at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Community Registration:
● $40 registration fee per group - This is included in the booking total
● Registrations and/or bookings finalized less than three days before arrival will incur a $35 community processing fee, in accordance with community policy. This fee will be requested separately via the booking platform, if applicable.
AMENITIES PASSES: We provide guests with 10 passes that are active from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In case the passes are damaged or lost, we will charge $150 per pass for replacement.
Please note, these fees are not set by us as hosts. They are established by Penn Estates community and apply to all guests. These charges help cover the costs of operating and maintaining the many great amenities and facilities available during your stay.
Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.
A $40 damage waiver is included in your booking total. Any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.
NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: CVS, Wawa, Rite Aid or Super Foodtown.
We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

Interaction with Guests:
● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
