While check-in is fully contactless, you must enter through the Penn Estates main gate to receive your access passes.

Please do not use the home address for navigation, as GPS may direct you to a private, unmanned entrance. The correct main gate address will be shared after booking.

Cozy Mountain Cabin is located within the private, amenity-rich Penn Estates community. To help ensure a relaxing and respectful environment for all guests and residents, please review the following details before your stay:

Guest Registration: All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Access will only be granted to those on the approved guest list.

Parking: Parking is permitted in the driveway only. Street parking is not allowed within the community.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Amenity Access: Optional access to pools, lake, tennis courts, and more is available for $10 per-person/per-day (up to 8 guests). There is no fee if you choose not to use community amenities. Seasonal availability may vary.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please avoid smoking near doors or windows.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee.

Security: As a gated community, only registered guests will be allowed entry by the gatehouse staff.
