„The whole place is overdue for updating, by at least 10 years. There's one room that they show for pictures, but that's the only one! Plugs fall out of sockets, shower head goes everywhere, lumpy bed, no fridge/microwave or hair dryer, and the absolute kicker is your key doesn't work more than once per day! I had to go to the office for a new key every night. Maintenance had to do it once as well. If you can avoid this place DO IT!“

„Room service never came to bring us towels. The ad was misleading by saying they had a breakfast buffet thinking it was included with the stay. The staff gave us a bill as soon as we sat down. The pool was lukewarm and the pool room felt like a sauna“

„We stayed here for the pool but it was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The maintenance guy was very nice and made a big effort to fix the problem with the pool. Front desk staff was nonchalant and very unhelpful about the broken coffee maker but the cleaners tried to help us out. We had to go buy our own coffee maker though. Breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the catering staff.“
