Above a pub so can be noisy
The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony

„I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.“

„Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room.
Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go.“

„The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav.
The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door.
The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained.
The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat ...
