„Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. “

„The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. “

„The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything ...

„This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. I would stay here again. “

„Nice location. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Could use more utensils in unit. Stove for cooking would have been nice, but over all every nice and clean. “
