„Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay.“

„This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! “

„The rooms are very modern and clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to Main St. and all of downtown as well as the HOF Museum. Nice lobby amenities for snacks and breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very kind, super friendly and did her best to figure out our Roku TV that we couldn’t get to connect to any live shows for news or sports. The Roku channels were just replaying outdated repeats of prior broadcasts. Other than that, highly recommend to stay here. “

„It was beautiful!!! The view to the water was amazing! The restaurant have delicious food and excellent prices. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Beautiful decorated. Close to all the shops in Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. Great customer service in front desk and housekeeping. I recommend this hotel and I’m planning to stay there again soon “

„The stay was a little disappointing. Our bed had some "Low" spots in it. There was a dog in the next room that would bark every so often. And my Wife had found Ants in the Bathroom the day that we were checking out. The Low spots in the bed was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world. The Dog was also a little annoying, but the barks were not very loud and did NOT last through the night. I did not have a chance to tell the staf abput the ants as we needed to leave fairly early.“

„The hotel is in a great spot, you can walk around town. Any other place you have to drive. The hotel is older but is very nice inside it is too bad the restaurant and bar are not open. There was a lot of construction going on around the town outside the hotel and that will improve the area. Glad we went there instead of the one I usually go to.“
